STMicroelectronics L638xE 및 L639x 게이트 드라이버
STMicroelectronics L638xE 및 L639x 게이트 드라이버는 N채널 전력 MOSFET 또는 IGBT용 단일 칩 하프 브리지 게이트 드라이버입니다. L638xE 및 L639x는 BCD™ "오프라인" 기술을 사용하여 제조된 고전압 장치입니다. 이 고전압 게이트 드라이버는 하이 측(플로팅) 섹션에서 최대 600V의 전압 레일에 견디도록 설계되었습니다.
