CTS Electronic Components TSX Crystals integrates a thermistor into a crystal unit to optimize space in circuit design and improve frequency-temperature compensation compared to conventional designs. These crystals support frequencies from 16MHz to 285MHz range and operate over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +105°C. The TSX crystals offer tight performance with frequency tolerance and stability options from ±10ppm to ±50ppm and low aging characteristics. These crystal units are packaged in ultra‑small, hermetic ceramic SMDs and are optimized for space‑constrained, low‑power designs. The TSX crystals are widely used in wireless communications, automotive, BLUETOOTH®, industrial, medical devices, low drive chipsets, and wearable devices.
