onsemi NCV5700 고전류 IGBT 게이트 드라이버는 IGBT 밀러 플래토 전압에서 +4/-6A의 고전류 출력부가 있습니다. NCV5700은 고전력 응용 분야를 위한 고성능 독립형 IGBT 드라이버입니다. 태양광 인버터, 모터 제어, 무정전 전원 공급 장치 등에 사용됩니다. 이 장치는 다수의 외부 구성요소를 없앤 설계를 통해 비용 효율적인 솔루션을 제공합니다. 장치 보호 기능으로는 액티브 밀러 클램프, 정확한 UVLO, EN 입력, DESAT 보호 및 액티브 로우 FAULT 출력이 포함됩니다. 이 드라이버에는 정확한 5.0V 출력부 그리고 시스템 설계 편의성을 고려하여 별도로 하이 및 로우(VOH 및 VOL) 드라이버 출력부가 있습니다. 유니폴라 및 바이폴라 전압을 포함한 바이어스 전원의 폭넓은 전압 범위가 수용됩니다. NCV5700은 16핀 SOIC 패키지로 제공됩니다.
