Maxim MAX14941/MAX14942 RS-485/PROFIBUS-DP 송수신기는 장치의 케이블 측(RS-485 드라이버/수신기 측)과 UART 측 사이에 5,000VRMS(60초)의 갈바닉 절연을 제공합니다. 절연은 그라운드 루프를 차단하여 통신 성능을 높여줍니다. 또한 포트 사이의 접지 전위에 커다란 차이가 있을 경우 잡음을 줄여줍니다. 이 장치는 최대 20Mbps 속도에서 안정적인 통신을 지원합니다. 통합형 LDO는 간편하고 공간 효율적으로 IC의 케이블 측에 전원을 공급할 수 있는 아키텍처를 제공합니다. 각 장치에는 하나의 반이중 드라이버/수신기 채널이 하나 포함되어 있습니다. 수신기는 1/4 유닛 부하 형태로, 공통 버스에서 최대 128개의 송수신기를 지원합니다. 통합형 정밀 고장 안전 회로를 통해 입력이 단락 또는 개방되더라도 수신기 출력에서 정상 논리 신호(logic-high)를 보장합니다. 저전압 차단 기능은 케이블 측 또는 UART 측 전원 공급이 작동 수준 이하일 때 드라이버를 비활성화합니다.
The Analog Devices MAX14941 and MAX14942 RS-485/PROFIBUS-DP Transceivers are available in a wide-body 16-pin SOIC package and operate over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
