TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanopower 전압 감시 장치

Texas Instruments TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanopower 고입력 전압 감시 장치는 외부 구성 요소가 없는 9V 레일 또는 배터리와 외부 저항기가 있는 24V 레일을 모니터링할 수 있도록 폭넓은 V_in으로 제공됩니다. Nano-I_q는 저전력 애플리케이션을 위해 배터리 수명을 늘려주고 외부 저항기를 사용할 때 소비전류를 최소화합니다. 빠른 시동 지연을 통해 시스템의 나머지 부분이 켜지기 전에 전압 결함을 감지할 수 있으므로 위험한 시동 결함 조건에서 최대의 안전성을 제공합니다. 낮은 파워 온 리셋(V_POR)으로 잘못된 리셋, 다음 장치의 조기 활성화 또는 턴온을 방지하고 전원 켜기 및 끄기 중에 트랜지스터를 올바로 제어할 수 있습니다.
