Texas Instruments TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1 정밀 전압 감시 장치는 1.15V 만큼 낮은 수준으로 시스템 전압을 모니터링하는 대기 전류가 낮은 공급 장치가 포함된 상태로 제공됩니다. 이 장치는 SENSE 전압이 사전 설정된 임계값 이하로 떨어지거나 수동 재설정(MR) 핀이 논리적 로우 상태로 떨어질 경우 오픈 드레인 RESET(재설정) 신호를 제공합니다. RESET(재설정) 출력은 SENSE 전압 및 수동 재설정(MR)이 각각의 임계값을 초과하여 반환한 후에는 사용자가 조절할 수 있는 지연 시간 동안 낮게 유지됩니다. TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1 제품군은 1% 임계값 정확도를 달성하기 위해 정밀 기준 전압을 사용합니다. CT 핀을 외부 커패시터에 연결하여 사용자가 재설정 시간을 40µs에서 30s 사이로 조절할 수 있습니다. TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1의 대기 전류는 2.1µA로 매우 낮으며 1.5mm×1.5mm 크기의 소형 패키지로 제공되므로 이 장치는 배터리 전원 공급식 및 공간 제약이 있는 애플리케이션에 적합합니다. 이 장치는 –40°C~+125°C(TJ)의 온도 범위에서 완벽히 작동합니다.
