Infineon Technologies EconoDUAL™ 3 Econo 전력 모듈은 600V/650V/1200V 및 1700V에서 100~600A의 전류 범위를 지원합니다. EconoDUAL 3은 우수한 기계적 견고성, 전력 사이클링 기능, PressFit 핀 옵션이 특징입니다. TIM의 가용성 덕분에 드라이브, CAV, 풍력 발전용 터빈, 태양열 및 하이브리드 차량에 안정적이고 비용 효율적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. EconoDUAL™ 3 모듈은 효율적인 인버터 설계를 위해 3-레벨, 하프 브리지, H-브리지 및 초퍼 토폴로지로 제공됩니다.
EconoDUAL 3 is available with and without Thermal Interface Material (TIM) or with the WAVE feature. Products packaged in EconoDUAL 3 devices can be pre-applied TIM, non-TIM, or with the Wave version. EconoDUAL 3 Wave features additional ribbon bonds on the back side for advanced direct liquid cooling.
