TPS92205x 비동기식 벅 LED 드라이버

Texas Instruments TPS92205x 비동기식 벅 LED 드라이버는 4.5~65V의 넓은 입력 범위를 제공합니다. 이 장치는 로우 측 NMOS 스위치를 통합하여 LED를 구동하고 높은 전력 밀도와 높은 효율로 배터리를 충전할 수 있습니다. 이 장치는 1.5A(TPS922050), 3A(TPS922051, TPS922052, TPS922053) 및 6A(TPS922054 및 TPS922055) 일반적인 전류 제한으로 제공됩니다.
