MPQ7231 적외선 LED 조명 드라이버

모놀리식 전력 시스템(MPS) MPQ7231 적외선 LED 조명 드라이버는 눈 안전 기능이 통합된 고정 주파수, 정전류 및 적외선(IR) LED 드라이버를 제공합니다. 이 LED 드라이버는 6 V ~ 42 V의 작동 입력 전압 범위가 특징이며 IR LED 1개 또는 2개 구동에 이상적입니다. MPQ7231 LED 드라이버는 벅 또는 벅 부스트 모드로 구성되며 각각 최대 3A와 2.4A의 피크 전류(ILED_ peak)를 달성합니다. 이 드라이버는 고급 BCD FET 기술을 사용하여 저항 손실을 최소화하여 44mΩ(HS-FET)과 40mΩ (LS-FET)로 초저온 저항 MOSFET을 제공합니다. 일반적으로 DMS(드라이버 모니터링 시스템), 자동차 카메라용 IR 조명 및 감시 시스템에 사용됩니다.
