The highly versatile PFP-IV offers a technology mix that includes a Kintex UltraScale+ FPGA, FMC+ site, DDR4 memories, SoM based on the Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC, a management system, and 28Gbps optical links. The optional System-on-Module (SoM) with Zynq UltraScale+ ZU02CG MPSoC and 4GB DDR4 offers powerful CPU capabilities that allow offloading of the complete application (processing and management).
