1598 ABS Plastic Enclosures

Hammond Manufacturing 1598 ABS Plastic Enclosures are mountable, desktop PCB enclosures molded from ABS plastic with a UL flammability rating of 94V-0. They are designed to meet IP54 standards. Two sets of vertical 1.5mm PCB guides are molded into the case halves, and the front and rear panels are 1.6mm brushed aluminum with protective paper on one side. An integral horizontal PC card mounts on Eurocard centers. The case halves are secured with M3 x 0.5" x 10mm Phillips machine screws threaded into tapped integral brass bushings, making them ideal for applications that require repetitive assembly and disassembly. Hammond Manufacturing 1598 ABS Plastic Enclosures are also offered in RFI/EMI shielded versions.
