Vishay VSMB294002 & VSMY2850 IR Emitters
Vishay VSMB294002 & VSMY2850 IR Emitters deliver 850nm emitting diodes using GaAlAs technology with high radiant power and high-speed switching. These emitters are available with a lens in a clear molded un-tinted plastic packages with gull-wing or reverse gull-wing leads. Applications include Data transmission, IR illumination for CCTV, photo-interrupters, shaft encoders, optical switches, photo-interrupters, and smoke detectors.
