Vishay Semiconductors eSMP® SMP 제너 다이오드는 표면 실장 전원 전압 조절 다이오드입니다. 이러한 RoHS 규격 준수 제너 다이오드는 높은 전력 밀도의 SMP (DO-220AA) 패키지로 제공됩니다. 로우 프로파일 eSMP 다이오드는 자동화 배치에 이상적이며 3mm x 2mm x 1mm 패키지에 포함되어 설치 공간이 절약됩니다. 이 eSMP 제너 다이오드는 -65~150ºC의 온도 범위 내에서 작동하고 제너 임피던스, 열저항 및 조절 인자가 낮습니다. 이 SMP 다이오드는 AC/DC 및 DC/DC 컨버터의 2차 정류, 일반용 조절, 프리휠링 및 극성 보호에 이상적입니다.
