Texas Instruments TPS546C23 동기식 벅 컨버터는 PMBus 1.3을 준수하는 비절연 DC-DC 컨버터이며, FET가 통합되어 있습니다. 이 장치는 5mm×7mm 패키지로부터 고주파 작업 및 35A 전류 출력을 수행합니다. 최대 두 대의 TPS546C23 장치가 병렬 배치되어 70A 로드까지 제공합니다. 전류감지는 파워스테이지 전류의 일부를 샘플링하여 실현하며 장치의 온도로부터 독립적입니다. 고주파, 낮은 손실 스위칭이 통합 NexFET 파워스테이지와 최적화된 드라이버에 의해 제공되어 초고밀도 전력 솔루션이 가능합니다.
