TE Connectivity VAL-U-LOK 커넥터는 라인당 최대 9A의 정격 전류 및 600VAC의 최대 정격 전류뿐 아니라, 중심선 피치가 4.20mm(0.165인치)인 접점으로 배선-배선 및 배선-보드 간 연결성을 제공합니다. VAL-U-LOK 커넥터 플러그 및 리셉터클 하우징은 배선-배선 및 배선-패널 구성이 가능하고 2-24가지 이중 열 위치 및 3-5가지 단일 열 위치 모델로 제공 가능합니다. 헤더 어셈블리는 수직 및 직각 배선-보드 연결을 제공합니다. 수직 헤더는 옵션으로 극성 페그와 드레인 구멍이 포함된 상태로 제공 가능하며 블라인드 정합 버전을 제공하는 한편, 우측 각도 헤더는 옵션으로 나사 장착 플랜지를 제공합니다. 새 모델은 단자 포지션 보증(TPA) 기술을 수용하여 접점 백아웃을 방지하고 글로우 와이어 테스트와 UL 94 V-0을 모두 충족합니다. TPA 기술이 추가된 VAL-U-LOK는 0.165인치(4.20mm) 주력 제품군을 위한 이중 열 장치입니다. The series includes models that accommodate terminal position assurance (TPA) to help prevent contact back-out and meet the glow wire test and UL 94 V-0 standards. The TPA additions to VAL-U-LOK are double-row devices for the 0.165" (4.20mm) centerline product family. The VAL-U-LOK TPA offers up to 24 positions as panel-mount plugs, free-hanging plugs, and receptacles. These connectors are intermateable with other VAL-U-LOK connectors and headers, supporting wire-to-panel, wire-to-wire, and wire-to-board applications.
