Stratos/Cinch Connectivity FNF-LT11x전면 부하 플러그형 광학 송수신기는 듀플렉스 LC 커넥터 인터페이스가 있는 고속 이더넷 다중 모드(최대 2.0km) 광섬유 데이터 링크용으로 개발되었습니다. 이 장치는 IEEE 802.3u 고속 이더넷 표준을 완벽하게 준수할 뿐 아니라, 작동 파라미터 내에서 다른 어떤 데이터 통신 목적으로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 장치는 송신기 기능과 수신기 기능을 겸비하고 있습니다. 광학 송신기는 고출력 1310nm LED이고 수신기는 PIN 및 전치증폭기 어셈블리와 CMOS 제한 후치증폭기 집적회로로 구성됩니다. 송신기 입력 라인은 신호를 CMOS 집적회로에 의해 적합한 변조 전류로 내부적으로 변환하는 송신(TX+ 및 TX-) 핀에 인가되는 차동 LVPECL 신호로 구동됩니다. 마찬가지로, 수신기 출력은 수신(RX+ 및 RX-) 핀의 차동 CML 데이터 신호와 LOS(신호 손실) 핀의 단일 종단 LVTTL LOS 기능으로 구성됩니다. 광학 신호가 없을 때는 가비지 데이터 출력을 방지하기 위해 LOS Assert 시 RX 데이터가 억제됩니다(JAM). 이러한 특성 덕분에 FNF-LT11x 송수신기는 로우 프로파일의 탁월한 비용 효율적 솔루션이 됩니다.
The device combines transmitter and receiver functions. The optical transmitter is a high output 1310nm LED and the receiver consists of PIN and Preamplifier assemblies and CMOS limiting post-amplifier integrated circuits. The transmitter input lines are driven with differential LVPECL signals applied to the Transmit (TX+ and TX-) pins, converting the signals internally to a suitable modulation current by a CMOS integrated circuit.
Likewise, the receivers output consists of differential CML data signals on the Receive (RX+ and RX-) pins and a single-ended LVTTL loss of signal function on Loss of Signal (LOS) pin. When no optical signal is present, the RX data is suppressed (JAM) upon LOS Assert to prevent garbage data output. These characteristics make the FNF-LT11x Transceivers an excellent cost-effective solution with low profile.
