STMicroelectronics L7987L 비동기 강압 스위칭 레귤레이터는 0.8V부터 거의 VIN에 이르는 출력 전압 범위에서 최대 2A DC를 제공할 수 있습니다. VBIAS 핀에는 경부하 조건에서 효율을 극대화하는 스위치오버 기능이 내장되어 있습니다. 공칭 출력 전력에 맞춰 적절히 인덕터 RMS 전류를 선택하도록 조절 가능한 전류 제한 기능이 고안되어 있습니다. 높은 스위칭 주파수 기능 덕분에 응용 기기의 소형화를 실현할 수 있습니다.
The PGOOD open collector output can also implement output voltage sequencing during the power-up phase. Multiple devices can be synchronized sharing the SYNCH pin to prevent beating noise in low noise applications like sensors with A/D conversion.
