Semtech RClamp0512TQ Low Capacitance RailClamp®
Semtech RClamp0512TQ Low Capacitance RailClamp® provides 2-line surge and ESD protection on high-speed ports. Semtech RClamp0512TQ integrates low capacitance, surge-rated steering diodes with a high power transient voltage suppressor (TVS). These devices clamping voltage is minimized with snap-back or "crow-bar" technology. Each RClamp0512TQ protects two 5V lines.
The RClamp0512TQ Diodes are available in 1mm x 0.6mm with a nominal height of 0.4mm. These devices are offered in a 3-pin SGP1006N3T package and the leads are finished with lead-free NiAu. Typical applications include automotive applications, industrial equipment, and USB 2.0.
