Qorvo QPC3614 디지털 스텝 감쇠기는 오버슛 프리 과도 스위칭 성능을 제공하는 고유한 회로 아키텍처가 특징입니다. QPC3614는 전체 31.5dB 이득 제어 범위(0.5dB 단계씩 증가)에서 높은 선형성을 갖습니다. 이 감쇠기는 1GHz에서 삽입 손실이 1.2dB로 낮고 3가지 제어 모드(직렬, 래치 병렬 및 직접 병렬 프로그래밍)가 있습니다. 이 QPC3614 감쇠기는 20핀 4.2x4.2x0.90mm QFN 패키지로 제공됩니다.
