Vishay / Vitramon VJ Controlled Discharge Capacitor (CDC)
Vishay/Vitramon VJ Controlled Discharge Capacitor (CDC) has an integrated resistor on its surface. The surface-mount CDC also features low electrostrictive ceramic formulation for repeated charge and discharge cycles, high pulse discharge currents, and excellent reliability. Vishay/Vitramon VJ CDC offers high-voltage performance, a capacitance range of 0.22µF, and a voltage 1kVDC.
