Vishay IGBT 전원 모듈은 최신 PT IGBT 기술의 특징을 가지며 TIG 용접기에 연결됩니다. 이 IGB는 Hexfred 및 Fret PT 다이오드 기술이 결합되어 있으며 UL 기준을 충족합니다. INT-A-PAK 같은 기능을 통해 높은 전압과 전류가 필요한 보드의 제한된 높이 요구 사항에 맞게 설계할 수 있습니다. 이 모듈은 기기 모터 구동 장치, 전기차 모터 구동 장치, 태양광 인버터, UPS 및 역률 보정용 컨버터 같은 응용 기기에 사용할 수도 있습니다.
