Triad Magnetics VPM Toroidal Medical Power Transformers
Triad Magnetics VPM Toroidal Medical Power Transformers offer both 4kV of dielectric isolation and low-voltage step-down. These transformers feature toroidal construction to help reduce stray fields, increase efficiency, and minimize size compared to traditional EI transformers. The toroidal construction allows for both series and parallel connections with dual secondary cores. The devices maintain low leakage current, low stray fields, regulation between 0.7% and 12.3%, and low temperature rises of only +25°C to +55°C. Triad Magnetics Transformers are built with a Class F (+155°) insulation system, and a +140°C self-resetting thermal switch is included in each primary.
