Texas Instruments TPS2660x 60V 2A Industrial eFuse는 보호 기능 일체를 비롯한 풍부한 기능을 갖춘 초소형 고전압 eFuse입니다. 4.2~55V의 폭넓은 공급 입력 범위를 통해 자주 사용하는 여러 개의 DC 버스 전압을 컨트롤할 수 있습니다. 개별 장치는 최대 ± 60V의 양수 및 음수 공급 전압 부하에 견딜 수 있고 이를 보호할 수 있습니다. 집적 백-투-백 FET는 역 전류 차단 기능을 제공합니다. 이 기능 덕분에 이 장치는 전원 공급 실패 및 전압 저하 조건 동안 출력 전압을 유지해야 하는 시스템에 적합합니다. 부하, 소스 및 장치 보호 기능은 전류, 출력 슬루 레이트 및 과전압, 저전압 임계값을 비롯한 조절 가능한 여러 기능과 함께 제공됩니다. 내부의 견고한 보호 컨트롤 블록이 TPS2660x의 높은 정격 전압과 함께 서지 보호를 위한 시스템 설계를 간소화하도록 지원합니다.
