Texas Instruments TPD1E01B04 ESD 보호 다이오드는 USB Type-C 및 Thunderbolt 3 회로 보호를 위한 양방향 TVS ESD 보호 다이오드 어레이입니다. TPD1E01B04는 IEC 61000-4-2 국제 표준에 명시된 최대 레벨(레벨 4)에서 ESD 스트라이크를 소멸시키는 것으로 간주됩니다. 이 장치는 0.18pF(일반) IO 정전용량의 특징을 갖추고 있어 USB 3.1 Gen2 및 Thunderbolt 3 같은 최대 20Gbps에 이르는 고속 인터페이스를 보호하는 데 적합합니다. 동적 저항과 클램프 전압이 낮아 과도 전류 이벤트 발생 시 시스템 레벨 보호가 보장됩니다.
