Texas Instruments LP5912/LP5912-Q1 초저 잡음 LDO 레귤레이터는 LDO로서 500mA 출력 전류를 공급할 수 있습니다. RF 및 아날로그 회로 요구 사항에 맞게 설계된 LP5912/LP5912-Q1 장치는 저 잡음, 높은 PSRR, 낮은 정동작 전류, 낮은 라인 및 부하 과도 전류 반응을 제공합니다. LP5912/LP5912-Q1은 잡음 바이패스 캐피스터가 없는 상태에서 최고의 잡음 성능을 제공하고 원격 출력 정전 용량 변위 능력을 갖추고 있습니다. 개별 장치는 1µF 입력 및 1µF 출력 세라믹 캐피시터(별도의 잡음 바이패스 캐피시터 필요 없음)와 호환되도록 설계되었습니다. 이러한 장치는 0.8V에서 5.5V(25mV 단계씩)까지 고정 출력 전압에서 사용할 수 있습니다. LP5912-Q1 장치는 자동차 응용 기기에 대한 AEC-Q100 자격을 획득했습니다.
