Texas Instruments LM27762 양성/음성 출력 충전 펌프는 ±1.5V~±5V의 범위에서 조절 가능한 초저잡음 양성 및 음성 출력을 제공합니다. 입력 전압 범위는 2.7V~5.5V, 출력 전류는 최대 ±250mA입니다. 390µA 및 0.5µA의 일반 차단 전류의 작동 전류를 가진LM27762는 전원 증폭기, DAC 바이어스, 기타 고전류, 저잡음, 음성 전압 요구에 대해 이상적인 성능을 제공합니다. 이 장치는 소형 솔루션으로서 외부 부품이 거의 없습니다. 음성 전압이 조정 인버팅 충전에 의해 생성되고, 저잡음 음성 LDO가 뒤따릅니다.
