Texas Instruments LM25141/LM25141-Q1 동기식 벅 컨트롤러는 고전압 광역 VIN 강압 컨버터 애플리케이션용입니다. 제어 방법은 피크 전류 모드 컨트롤입니다. 전류 모드 컨트롤은 내부 라인피드 순방향 전송, 사이클 바이 사이클 전류 제한 및 간편한 루프 보정 기능을 제공합니다. The LM25141 has two selectable switching frequencies: 2.2MHz and 440kHz. Gate Drivers with Slew Rate Control can be adjusted to reduce EMI. The LM25141 operates in skip cycle mode for improved low power efficiency in light or no-load conditions. The LM25141 has a high voltage bias regulator with an automatic switch-over to an external bias to reduce the IQ current from VIN. The Texas Instruments LM25141-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
