Texas Instruments ISO773x/-Q1 3중 채널 디지털 아이솔레이터

Texas Instruments ISO773x/ISO773x-Q1 3중 채널 디지털 분리기는 UL 1577에 따른 5000VRMS(DW 패키지) 및 2500VRMS(DBQ 패키지) 절연 등급을 가집니다. 이 장치는 CMOS 또는 LVCMOS 디지털 I/O를 분리하는 동안 높은 전자기 면역성과 낮은 소비 전력에서 낮은 방출률을 제공합니다. 개별 분리 채널에는 실리콘 이산화물(SiO2) 절연 차단 장치에 의해 분리된 로직 입력 및 출력 버퍼가 있습니다. 이 장치는 다중 마스터 구동 응용 기기에 높은 임피던스로 관련 출력을 공급하고 소비 전력을 낮추는 데 사용 가능한 인에이블 핀과 함께 제공됩니다. ISO7730/ISO7730-Q1 장치는 같은 방향으로 총 3개의 채널이 있고 ISO7731/ISO7731-Q1 장치는 순방향 채널 2개, 역방향 채널이 1개 있습니다. 입력 전원 또는 신호가 손실된 경우, 기본 출력은 F로 끝나지 않는 장치에 대해서는 높으며 F로 끝나는 장치에 대해서는 낮습니다. ISO773x-Q1 장치는 자동차 애플리케이션용으로 AEC-Q100 인증을 받은 제품입니다.
