Texas Instruments bq7790x 3-5 시리즈 적층 가능 리튬 이온 배터리 보호기 IC는 전압, 전류 및 온도 보호 기능을 구현하는 저전력 배터리 팩 보호기입니다. 이러한 보호 기능은 모두 마이크로컨트롤러(MCU) 컨트롤 없이 이루어집니다. 보호 임계값 및 지연값은 공장에서 프로그램되며 다양한 구성으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 유연성을 더하기 위해 방전(OTD 및 UTD) 및 충전(OTC 및 UTC)용 과온 및 저온 임계값 분리 기능을 제공합니다. 이 장치는 통합된 독립형 CHG 및 DSG 로우 측 NMOS FET 드라이버를 통해 팩 보호 기능을 달성하며 이 드라이버는 컨트롤 핀 2개를 통해 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
