TDK IFL 시리즈 Flexield 잡음 억제 시트
TDK IFL 시리즈 Flexield 잡음 억제 시트는 0.025~0.2mm 두께의 얇고 유연한 투과성 자기 시트로, 성능이 동일한 대부분의 기존 시트보다 IFL 시트를 20% 더 얇게 만들어줍니다. IFL 시리즈의 특징은 신축성을 제공하고 형상 가공성이 뛰어나고 다양한 크기와 모양에 대응할 수 있다는 점입니다. 시트의 얇은 특성으로 인해 약간의 간격만 있어도 사용할 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 다양한 종류의 전자 장비, PEN 입력 장치(유도 커플링 타입)의 수신기 감도 개선, 금속 대응물에서 RFID의 성능 개선의 전자기 잡음 측정에 사용됩니다.
IFL series product consists of a surface film, a magnetic sheet layer formed from soft magnetic material and resin, a double-sided adhesive, and a release liner and is available in either sheet or roll form. The non-electrically conductive film can be attached directly to circuit components and the high flexibility of the product allows sheets to easily form to the desired shape. Applications for IFL series Flexield include but are not limited to: LED/LCD display address and data lines/traces/cables, stylus pens for improved sensitivity, sensor shielding and immunity, and digital audio and video lines.
