TDK InvenSense IC-52000 저잡음 마이크(TDM 디지털 출력 장치 포함)
TDK InvenSense IC‐52000은 소형 4mm×3mm×1 표면 실장 패키지로 제공되는 저잡음 디지털 TDM 출력 하단 포트 마이크입니다. 이 장치는 MEMS 센서, 신호 컨디셔닝, 아날로그-디지털 컨버터, 데시메이션 및 안티앨리어싱 필터, 전력 관리 및 업계 표준 24비트 TDM 인터페이스로 구성됩니다. TDM 인터페이스를 통해 최대 16개의 ICS‐52000 마이크 어레이를 DSP 및 마이크로컨트롤러 같은 디지털 프로세서에 직접 연결할 수 있으므로 시스템에서 오디오 코덱이 필요하지 않습니다. 어레이의 모든 마이크가 음향 신호를 동기적으로 표본 추출하므로 정교한 어레이 처리가 가능합니다. ICS‐52000은 65dBA의 높은 SNR 및 광대역 주파수 반응이 특징입니다. 감도 공차는 ±1dB이며 시스템 보정 없이 고성능 마이크 어레이를 구현할 수 있습니다. IC-52000는 정상 작동 및 대기 모드 두 가지 전력 상태가 있습니다. 이 마이크는 전원 공급 시 순간적으로 튀는 소리가 나타나지 않도록 방지하는 부드러운 음소거 기능이 있습니다. The ICS‐52000 features a high SNR of 65dBA and a wideband frequency response. The sensitivity tolerance is ±1dB enabling high‐performance microphone arrays without the need for system calibration. The ICS-52000 has two power states: normal operation, and standby mode. The microphone has a soft unmute feature to prevent pops on power-up. From the time that the ICS-52000 starts to output data, the volume will ramp up to the full-scale output level over 256WS clock cycles. With a 48kHz sampling rate, this unmute sequence will take about 5.3ms.
