EPCOS B32*T Metallized Polyester (MKT) and Polypropylene (MKP) Film Capacitors are low-profile capacitors available in several different series. EPCOS B32*T Metallized Polyester (MKT) and Polypropylene (MKP) Film Capacitors offer a multitude of crucial features.
General Purpose (stacked/wound) MKT film capacitors (B32520 to B32529) offer high pulse strength and high contact reliability. Typical applications for this series include blocking, coupling/decoupling, bypassing, and RFI for automotive.
High Pulse (wound) film capacitors (B32651 to B32656) offer high pulse strength and high contact reliability. Typical applications for this series include electronic ballasts and switch-mode power supplies.
DC Link High-Power Series film capacitors (B32674 to B32678) offer excellent self-healing properties, over-voltage capability, optimized electrical contact, high-frequency ripple current, high reliability, and long useful life. Typical applications include high ripple current modules in frequency converters, industrial and high-end power supplies, and solar inverters.
DC Link High-Density Series film capacitors (B32774 to B32778) offer capacitance values up to 110µF, high CV product (compact), excellent self-healing properties, overvoltage capability, low losses with high current capability, high reliability, and long useful life. Typical applications include compact designs of frequency converters, industrial and high-end power supplies, and solar inverters.
