Taiwan Semiconductor HS1xFS & HS2xFS Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor HS1xFS and HS2xFS Surface Mount Rectifiers feature low power loss, fast switching, and high efficiency. The HS1xFS and HS2xFS Rectifiers are in a compact SOD-128 package, ideal for automated placement. These devices are available in 200V, 400V, 600V, 800V, and 1000V ratings, with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The Taiwan Semiconductor HS1xFS and HS2xFS Rectifiers have a level 1 moisture sensitivity rating and are RoHS-compliant, Pb-free, and Halogen-free. Typical applications for these devices include switching mode converters, inverters, and telecommunications.
