STMicroelectronics TS391 저전력 단일 전압 비교기는 광범위한 전압 범위에 걸친 단일 전원으로 작동합니다. 여러 개로 나뉘어진 전원으로 작동할 수도 있습니다. TS391은 공급 전압이 단일 전원은 광범위한 2V~36V 범위이고, 이중 전원은 ±1V~±18V 범위입니다. 입력 공통 모드 전압 범위에는 접지가 포함되며, 단일 전원 전압으로 작동 시에도 이 범위는 같습니다. 차동 입력 전압 범위는 공급 전압과 동일합니다.

- Low input offset voltage of ±1mV typ.
- Low output saturation voltage: 250mV typ. (Io= 4mA)
- Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
