STMicroelectronics L9301 자동차용 8진 로우 측 드라이버

STMicroelectronics L9301 자동차용 8진 로우 측 드라이버는 하이/로우 측 드라이버 4개와 로우 측 드라이버 4개를 포함한 직렬 주변기기 인터페이스(SPI) 제어식 8진 채널입니다. L9301은 PWM 부하 구동을 위한 재순환 다이오드로서 4개의 집적 PowerMOS를 사용할 수 있습니다. L9301에는 12개의 PowerMOS가 포함되는데, Ronmax = 0.6Ω으로 구성 가능한 하이/로우 측 드라이버 4개(DRN1-4, SRC1-4), Ronmax = 0.6Ω인 로우 측 드라이버 4개(OUT1-4), Ronmax = 0.3Ω인 로우 측 드라이버 4개(OUT5-8)로 구성됩니다. 전력 DRN/SRC1-4 및 OUT1-4를 장치 외부에 병렬로 연결하여 Ronmax = 0.3Ω인 로우 측 드라이버 4개(DRN1//DRN2, DRN3//DRN4, OUT1//OUT2, OUT3//OUT4)를 얻을 수 있습니다.
