MMG filters provide high selectivity with low insertion loss and temperature stability in a compact form factor with BGA mounting. High performance ratings in a compact design are due to the integrated passive device-in-glass design, and this 3D process enables a unique solenoid inductor structure with superior Q performance. Additionally, the wafer-scale process provides an extremely high correlation between the manufactured product and filter simulations.
