Semtech μClamp®xx71P High-Power TVS Diodes
Semtech µClampxx71P High-Power TVS Diodes protect sensitive electronics from EOS, lightning, CDE, or ESD type damage or latch-up on one data or power line. These diodes feature large cross-sectional area junctions that conduct high transient currents. The µClampxx71P High-Power TVS Diodes feature fast response times, low operating and clamping voltages, and no device degradation.
The µClampxx71P Diodes are available in a 2-pin SGP1610N2 (1.6mm x 1.0mm x 0.57mm) package with lead-free NiPdAu finished leads. Low clamping voltage and high surge current capability make these diodes ideal for harsh transient environments and various operating voltage options are available.
Applications include automotive applications, battery protection, USB Type-C™, smartphones and accessories, digital lines, and more.
