This capacitor achieves 4.7μF capacitance at a rated voltage of 100V. The SEMCO automotive Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor operates within the -55°C to 125°C temperature range and is AEC-Q200 compliant. This capacitor is ideal for automotive powertrain and safety systems.
