Renesas/Intersil ISL681xx ISL681xx 디지털 다상 PWM(펄스 폭 변조) 컨트롤러는 강력한 장애 관리, 고도로 정밀한 조정 기능을 제공하며 최소한의 외부 구성 요소만 필요하므로, 고성능 다상 레귤레이터를 간편하게 구현할 수 있는 제품입니다. 이 장치로 2개의 출력에 대해 최대 7개의 위상을 어떤 조합으로도 할당할 수 있습니다. 이 컨트롤러를 스마트 전원단(Smart Power Stages) 제품과 결합시키면, Intersil ISL99227의 경우처럼, 10A~450A 범위의 확장성을 제공합니다. 그 결과 전력이 더욱 최적화되고 네트워크 및 통신 인프라 장비의 에너지 효율이 더 높아집니다. Intersil ISL681xx PWM 컨트롤러는 독자적으로 고안된 리니어 합성 디지털 전류 변조 기법을 활용하여, 현대 다상 설계의 난제를 극복하면서 뛰어난 과도 응답 및 튜닝의 용이성을 이루어 냈습니다.
