PANJIT PGRx16PT General-Purpose Rectifiers

PANJIT PGRx16PT General-Purpose Rectifiers are designed with inrush current and high voltage capability in the TO-247AD-2LM package. These rectifiers are optimized for very low forward voltage drop with moderate leakage. The PGRx16PT rectifiers feature a 1600V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage, 1120V maximum RMS voltage, and 1600V maximum DC blockage voltage. These rectifiers are green molding compounds compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0. The PGRx16PT rectifiers are used in inverters, converters, telecommunication, and freewheeling diodes for consumers.
