PANJIT 600V N-Channel Super Junction MOSFETs
PANJIT 600V N-Channel Super Junction MOSFETs feature a low RDS(ON) and high-speed switching in an ITO-220AB-F or TO-247AD-3LD package. The 600V MOSFETs support an RDS(ON) of 74mΩ, 190mΩ, 280mΩ, 360mΩ, 580mΩ, or 900mΩ. In addition, the MOSFETs provide a 4.4A, 8A, 11A, 13.8A, 8A, 20A, or 53A current. The 100% avalanche and Rg-tested PANJIT 600V N-Ch Super Junction MOSFETs offer ease of use.
