Panasonic Industrial Devices AQY PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQY PhotoMOS® are relays that provide low CxR values and improved on-resistance and come in a board-space-saving miniaturized package. The AQY series features an LED turned on by a set voltage applied to input pins. The LED light is detected by the photocell, which creates a voltage differential between the cells. The signal is optically isolated from the load. The voltage differential at the photocells switches the dual MOSFET, which, in turn, switches the load circuit.
