onsemi NCV7691 전류 컨트롤러

onsemi NCV761 전류 컨트롤러는 LED를 구동하기 위한 외부 NPN 바이폴라 소자를 제공합니다. LED 밝기 레벨은 전류 범위를 증가시키는 바이폴라 트랜지스터가 있는 외부 저항기를 사용하여 프로그래밍됩니다. NCV7691 컨트롤러 LED 드라이버는 다중 채널 시스템에 유연하게 단일 채널을 추가할 수 있습니다. 특징에 대한 예로 펄스 폭 변조(PWM) 제어, 다중 LED 열 제어, 단선 LED 열, 단락 LED 열 진단 등을 들 수 있습니다. 전류 컨트롤러는 무연 제품으로, 자동차용 Q100 인증을 받았습니다. NCV7691은 자동차용 LED 램프, 후방 콤비네이션 램프(RCL), 안개등, 자동차용 선형 전류 LED 드라이버에 적합합니다.
