onsemi N01S8x 1Mb 초저 전력 직렬 SRAM은 고속 성능 및 저전력을 제공합니다. N01S8x SRAM은 단일 칩 선택(CS) 입력 장치와 함께 작동하고 단순한 직렬 주변 기기 인터페이스(SPI) 프로토콜을 사용합니다. SPI 모드에서, 단일 데이터 입력(SI) 및 데이터 출력(SO) 라인은 장치 내의 데이터에 액세스하기 위해 클록(SCK) 장치와 함께 사용됩니다. 이중 모드에서, 다중화 데이터 입력/데이터 출력(SIO0-SIO1) 라인 2개가 사용됩니다.
