onsemi LE25U40 4Mb 직렬 플래시 메모리는 512K x 8 비트 구성을 갖는 SPI 버스 장치입니다. 이 장치는 고성능 이중 출력 및 이중 I/O 기능을 제공합니다. 이 장치는 단일 2.5V 전력 공급 장치를 사용합니다.
