onsemiNCP176 LDO 전압 레귤레이터는 빠른 과도 반응성 저전압 500mA LDO 레귤레이터입니다. 입력 전압 범위는 1.4V~5.5V이며 출력 전압 범위는 0.7V~3.6V입니다. 이 레귤레이터는 무연이며 과전류 및 열차단 보호 기능이 있습니다.
