onsemi 600V 소형 지능형 전력 모듈은 완전히 통합된 인버터 전원단입니다. 이 모듈은 고전압 드라이버, 6개의 IGBT와 서미스터로 구성되어 있습니다. 이 모듈은 영구자석 동기식 모터(PMSM), 브러시리스 DC(BLDC) 모터 및 AC 비동기식 모터의 구동에 적합합니다.
The IGBTs are configured in a 3-phase bridge with separate emitter connections for the lower legs. This configuration offers maximum flexibility in the choice of a control algorithm. The power stage has a full range of protection functions including cross-conduction protection, external shutdown and under-voltage lockout functions. An internal comparator and reference connected to the over-current protection circuit allows the designer to set the over-current protection level.
