Nexperia PSMN0xx-100MSE NextPower PoE MOSFETs
Nexperia PSMN040-100MSE / PSMN075-100MSE NextPower Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) MOSFETs are designed to complement the latest high-power, PSE controllers. These Nexperia PoE MOSFETs offer more than two times the protection of competitive devices, together with low RDS(on) parameters in a cost-effective, industry-standard LFPAK33 package. SMN040-100MSE and PSMN075-100MSE feature an enhanced forward-biased safe operating area for superior linear mode operation.
