Murata Power Solutions MGJ DC/DC Converters

Murata Power Solutions MGJ DC/DC Converters are ideal for powering high-side and low-side gate drive circuits for IGBTs, silicon carbide, and MOSFETs in bridge circuits. A choice of asymmetric output voltages allows optimum drive levels for ideal system efficiency and EMI. Murata Power Solutions MGJ DC-DC Converters are available in 1W, 2W, 3W, and 6W.

    • UL60950 and UL60601-1 certification (pending)
    • Ultra-low barrier capacitance (15pF)
    • Full power over wide industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C
    • Synchronization pin, can be employed as disable
    • Characterized dv/dt immunity
    • Characterized partial discharge performance
    • Short circuit and overload protected
    • RoHS compliant
