Mikroe MIKROE-6090 Battery Source Click
Mikroe MIKROE-6090 Battery Source Click is a compact add-on board that efficiently boosts battery power for portable devices. The Mikroe MIKROE-6090 features the Texas Instruments TPS81256 step-up converter, which raises input voltage (2.5V to 5.5V) to 5V/1A via a USB Type-C™ connector. The board operates at a 4MHz switching frequency, enters Power-Save mode during light loads, and reduces the supply current to 43μA. It supports over 3W output power and has an input current of less than 1µA in shutdown mode, extending battery life. An output-enable function through the MAX40200 and a red LED indicator allow easy control and monitoring. This board is ideal for low-power, battery-powered portable applications requiring efficient power management.Features
